Welcome to the Foodies Grocery Games, a fun, competitive virtual fundraiser benefiting Food Bank for the Heartland. This years goal of $25,000 will help provide up to 75,000 meals for Heartland neighbors facing food insecurity. The demand for food assistance has risen to levels higher than during the peak of the pandemic. The Food Bank is projecting to serve over 600,000 households this year. All proceeds raised will help the Food Bank purchase nutritious food for food insecure neighbors and families, across Nebraska and western Iowa. 

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT! Thanks to Foodie founder Jayne Timmerman, along with her husband Dan Jaksich, who have generously stepped up with a $10,000 match to support the Foodies Grocery Games. This match will be split into two $5,000 matches and awarded to the team with:

1) Most dollars raised will receive $5,000 of the match
2) Highest number of donations will receive $5,000 of the match

Foodie Members: Teams are broken up alphabetically by last name. Don’t forget to encourage your friends, family, and co-workers to participate by directing them to your team’s page. You have through June 9th to raise funds.

	$500 can provide fresh produce boxes to nearly 100 households.
	$1,000 can provide a box of pancake mix to 870 households.
